Filip Otruba

Partner CLA Corporate Finance

Filip has been working in Corporate Finance since 1995 and has led hundreds of M&A transactions on a national and international level. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University and IFP in Paris. He worked as a director of investment banking at CA-IB and UniCredit and as an M&A director at a multinational logistics company. He has been part of the CLA Czech Republic team since 2012 as a partner responsible for M&A.

Jan Stránský

Partner CLA Corporate Finance

Jan has many years of experience in various areas of corporate consulting, including over 10 years in the M&A field. He is a graduate of the specialization study of business and real estate valuation at the University of Economics in Prague and has been working at CLA Czech Republic since 2008. He is responsible for the complete management and implementation of Czech and international transactions.
