companies of a global group headed by CliftonLarsonAllen, a consulting firm
based in the United States of America (“CLA Global”), and its subsidiaries and
affiliates. CLA GLOBAL LIMITED, CLA GLOBAL BRAND LIMITED, CLA
GLOBAL SERVICES LIMITED do not provide services to clients.

These services are provided exclusively by the member companies in their respective
jurisdictions. In certain circumstances, the CLA name may be used as a trademark
or trade name of some or all of the member companies. CLA GLOBAL
LIMITED, CLA GLOBAL BRAND LIMITED, CLA GLOBAL SERVICES LIMITED and
each of the CLA member companies are separate and legally independent entities,
and none of these entities has the authority to bind any other entity. CLA
GLOBAL LIMITED, CLA GLOBAL BRAND LIMITED, CLA GLOBAL SERVICES
LIMITED and each CLA member company are solely responsible for their own
acts or omissions and not for the acts or omissions of other entities.
There is no parent-subsidiary, agency,
partnership or joint venture relationship between these entities, nor shall anything herein
be construed as such. No member company has any
authority (actual, apparent, implied or otherwise) to bind CLA GLOBAL LIMITED, CLA
GLOBAL BRAND LIMITED, CLA GLOBAL SERVICES LIMITED or any other
member company in any way.

In the Czech Republic, services are provided by CLA Advisory s.r.o, CLA
Audit s.r.o, CLA Payroll s.r.o, CLA Corporate Finance s.r.o, CLA Appraisal s.r.o,
CLA Law Corporate Services s.r.o, CLA Law s.r.o, advokátní kancelář, CLA
Technologies s.r.o, CLA IT Solutions s.r.o, VGD FN s.r.o, VGD SVS, s.r.o, VGD
SPN, s.r.o, MEPS payroll services, s.r.o, GRENNA účetnictví s.r.o, VGD HLTH,
s.r.o, (hereinafter collectively referred to as “CLA Czech Republic”), which are affiliated entities
of CliftonLarsonAllen s.r.o.
